Abstract

The transition from predictive Machine Learning to Generative AI and Agentic Systems represents a fundamental rupture in the history of enterprise software. For the first time, organizations are deploying systems whose outputs are not explicitly programmed but are instead stochastically derived.

Traditional Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) governance models—built on the assumption of deterministic code—fail to address the probabilistic risks of this new era, leading to a paralysis known as “Pilot Purgatory.”

Enterprise Anchors™ is an Augmented Intelligence Operating Model designed to bridge this “Probability Gap.” It shifts governance from static, point-in-time approvals to Continuous Authority to Operate (cATO).

The Enterprise Anchors Framework

By encapsulating AI agents within a Context-Based Mesh Architecture—creating “Anchored-Agents”—organizations can enforce safety minima, govern autonomy dynamically based on statistical yield (Six Sigma), and maintain immutable evidence trails. This standard defines the principles, charter, framework, and platform required to scale an AI agency with mathematical confidence.
