Implementing Enterprise Anchors represents a paradigm shift from Project-based Governance (static, manual) to Stream-based Governance (dynamic, automated).

This transformation cannot happen overnight. It requires a deliberate, phased rollout that establishes the Trust Fabric before granting autonomy.

The Approach: Crawl, Walk, Run

We utilize a maturity model to allow the organization to validate the Enterprise Anchors Engine in a low-risk “Shadow Mode” before enforcing hard blocks on production traffic.
