5. Implementation & Adoption

Implementing Enterprise Anchors is a journey. It requires a deliberate, phased rollout that establishes the Trust Fabric before granting autonomy.

The Maturity Ladder

We utilize a Conformance Model that allows organizations to progress through three levels of rigor.

Conformance Alignment Levels

Level 1: EA-Base (Foundation)

  • Goal: Visibility.
  • State: The Decision Spine is implemented. Manual gate reviews are in place. Humans are strictly In-the-Loop (HITL) for all consequential actions.

Level 2: EA-Enhanced (Real-Time Enforcement)

  • Goal: Automation.
  • State: Policy Enforcement Points (PEPs) are active at gateways. Continuous TEVV runs. Low-risk scopes may move to Human-on-the-Loop (HOTL).

Level 3: EA-High-Assurance (Independent Verification)

  • Goal: Scaled Autonomy.
  • State: Real-time policy enforcement. Independent assurance reviews. Selective Human-Over-the-Loop (HOOTL) is granted under tight Sigma thresholds.
